Revealing our 2022 Line-up: The Demons of Chiyoda

You already know we have Warren A. Shepherd’s Sex, Bugs & UFOs to lookk forward to this summer, but it’s past time we revealed the rest of our fantastic line up. So this week, we’re announcing the upcoming launch of the third novella in Laurence Raphael Brothers’ series, The Demons of Chiyoda.

Nora Simeon is back. First it was demons infesting Wall Street, then the financial district of London. Now, Nora and her partner Eyre are off to Tokyo.

This time they’re hunting down an investment-bank sorcerer who cracked when passed over for promotion and used a summoned demon to commit murder. Finding the murderer is easy, but he’s already dead, assassinated in a locked room.

The case’s ramifications quickly reach far beyond New York. From a murder scene in Queens, Nora and Eyre discover a tangled web of international corruption and sorcery linking crimes in Japan and the US. Traveling to Tokyo at the behest of the mysterious Onmyōdō Group, they run afoul of the even more deadly Ministry of Shadows. In the rural reaches of Fukushima province, Nora and Eyre discover a fateful secret that could shake the foundations of financial sorcery all around the world and come up against an old enemy whose malice poses a greater danger than any they’ve faced before.

The Demons of Chiyoda, Nora Simeon Investigations Vol. 3 by Laurence Raphael Brothers launches March 17th, 2022 with the cover to be revealed here on the blog on February 25th!  If you would like to pre-order this book, as an ebook or paperback, please visit our online store, here.

And share the news with other readers and fans of paranormal fantasy. We’d really appreciate it!
