M|W’s Mid-Summer Update

It’s the end of June already, can you believe it? This year has both gone by very quickly and yet it also feels like the days are crawling by… I can’t reconcile it. Either way, I thought this would be a good time to let you know where we’re at with our various projects this year.

Also, we are still accepting entries into our Far, Far Away Anthology Contest. If you’re a writer, I strongly encourage you to write a short story or novella and enter it into our contest. Just between you and me, we haven’t yet received as many entries as we expected and since we’re looking for 4-6 stories, your odds of having your story selected are pretty good. Winners will receive a cash prize and publication in our anthology set to launch in 2021.

As you know, we’ve just released Ruins of Sapphire, volume 1 in the YA Scifi/Fantasy trilogy Crimson Winterby yours truly, Justine Alley Dowsett. This book is a lot of fun and a great adventure story, so if you haven’t checked it out yet, I suggest you do. You can always use your FREEBOOK discount to read it for FREE!

Next up is the long-awaited conclusion to the Mirror Worlds series; Mirror’s Despair by Justine Alley Dowsett and Murandy Damodred. Mirena and Tendro are back and this time the fate of both worlds are on the line as our two anti-heroes must face not only each other but also the will of the Destroyer himself. We’ll be revealing the cover soon, so keep an eye out for the fantastic art of Sara Biddle, then this book will launch in August of this year. 

After that we’re pleased to bring you the third and final instalment in the Unreachable Skies trilogy: Ascent by Karen McCreedy! We’re super excited about the conclusion to this far-reaching epic adventure and you should be too. Cover to be revealed in August and this book will launch in September! 

Following that, we have a special treat for you in the form of a children’s picture book, Libby the Lobivia Jajoiana by Regan W.H. Macaulay, Kevin Risk and Gord Bagshaw. Here’s a quick teaser for that:
